Breakfast staff greeted everyone in a friendly manner. Breakfast was the usual one would find at Hampton Inn, but the breakfast area was organized, and to my surprise there were several waffle makers! This is a popular breakfast item, and most other hotels only have one, which results in a line waiting to make waffles. Likewise for the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms.

The front desk staff are professional and friendly…. But again, what really makes this a great place is the can-do attitude of everyone who works there. The rooms - Spotless! And an incredible number of outlets conveniently located to charge everything possible. I received another text day two to make sure all was ok. Check in was quick - and once in the room I received a text to make sure the room was to my liking. When first entering the lobby I was greeted with warm smiles. Just finished a 3-night stay and wanted to leave a review. It was also close to local restaurants and outlet shopping. The hotel was a quick drive over for any Disney location - we visited Disney Springs, Disney's Boardwalk, and like I already said, Typhoon Lagoon. Breakfast was especially delicious because their waffle maker was a MICKEY WAFFLE!! Extra yum! They had cut fruit, too, which can be hard to find at hotel breakfasts. We didn't end up using the pool because we were already planning to go to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, but it looked like fun. To our surprise, we were told we'd have a wait up to an hour and then we'd be able to get in our room! Nice!! We just waited and hung out in the lobby for 40ish minutes and then were called that a room was ready - AWESOME! We were able to get up to our room for a nice nap and slept soundly. We didn't think there was any chance of checking in, but we figured we'd ask just to find out when rooms might be available. This is a great hotel! We arrived early on a Friday morning - we had been on a Disney cruise and drove straight here from Port Canaveral, a little tired from our early disembarkation.
